A : eFFiRaia Luxury is simply a reseller brand that sells authentic goods, including Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Celine and Balenciaga. We sell mainly handbags, though we also provide our customers with a range of different shoes, jewellry and watches.

A : Yes, 100%. All items sold at eFFiRaia Luxury are guaranteed authentic. The items are personally checked firsthand before it is uploaded to our website. To learn more about our Guaranteed Authentic items, visit our "Blog" page.

A : The items that are delivered may vary in the matter of conditions. The scale of the items we sell starts from brand new (100% condition), like new (95% condition), excellent (90% condition), and last, very good condition (85% condition).

New items: Items that are brand-new, unused and undamaged and usually are delivered in it’s original packaging.
New items: Has almost no sign of wear, typically has been worn for 2-3 times, and usually comes with the original packaging.
Excellent items: Items that are gently used, may have slight sign of wear, and may or may not come with the original packaging.
Very good items: Items that has been used previously but still in a very good condition with a chance of having a minor damage.

We also sell ‘never been used’ items, which are typically goods that were used as samples or displays that does not come with it’s original packaging and unsealed.

A : Yes, the pictures of the items we post on our website are the original items that we sell. We provide detailed images of the product, especially items that has already been worn.

A : Customers may choose between JNE, Go-jek, or personal courier (kurir). You can specify this later by contacting us through Whatsapp or giving us a note when purchasing through our website.

A : There is no return policy at eFFiRaia Luxury.

A : Currently, we do not ship international destinations. But we are currently working to ship international in the very near future!
